Rental Acceptance/Liability Terms

The probability of having an accident with a scooter or wheelchair is very small. Electric mobility scooters are designed to operate at low speeds, minimizing the risk of accidents. We recommend cautious and preventative use.

1. We deliver and collect the requested equipment anywhere on the island.

2. No security deposit will be required for equipment rental.

3. The equipment is not insured, so you must drive responsibly and safely.

4. During use, you must not consume alcoholic beverages or narcotics.

5. You are responsible for all fines or infractions incurred during the rental period.

6. You are responsible for all material and human damages incurred during the rental.

7. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment during its use.

8. Deliver the equipment to the previously agreed location in the same condition and state of repair.
